terms of service

1. payment either fully upfront or half upfront and half upon completion
2. payment methods consist of cashapp, venmo, paypal, ko-fi, or overwatch coins via battle.net
3. always credit me when you use my art, no matter what
4. once you approve the sketch, no refunds
5. i will work with existing references if you have any. i have total aphantasia and work best with references and will likely use them regardless!
6. i have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason
7. tell me if you have a deadline. i may not accept a deadline
8. please don't edit my art! i can do small edits for you at any point, even after completion
9. do not be afraid to ask for changes or corrections! i won't do major changes once past the stage it was made on
10. you will get the unwatermarked version, and i will post the watermarked version (w/ permission)
11. my comms are DMs only for communication & transparency, but you can still pay via my ko-fi
12. commercial use rights costs extra. otherwise do not use my art commercially
